We really do hope that your order is perfect but if for any reason you wish to exchange or return any unwanted and unworn items you may do so, as long as they are returned to us in a sale-able condition, within 10 days of you receiving your order.

Let us know if you require an exchange or a refund. Refunds can only be made to the card used to place the order.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when returning goods as they are only treated as returned once they are received in our office.

EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange any items in your order please contact us by e-mailing Rosie@chocolateBuddha.co.uk so we can reserve your alternative goods and then we will ask you to follow the returns procedure. We will let you know when we have dispatched your revised order.

FAULTY ITEMS:
